IQC has implemented a documented management system, meeting the requirements of ISO / IEC 17021 and ISO 22003 for providing 3rd party management system certification services.

IQC is accredited by National Accreditation Board for certification Bodies (NABCB), India and Joint Accreditation System Of Australia & New Zealand (JAS-ANZ). NABCB and JAS-ANZ are members of IAF-Multilateral Recognition Agreement (MLA), recognizing the equivalence of other members' accreditation to their own.

Impartiality Policy:

IQC provides Integrated, Independent and Impartial certification services to clients in all geographical location irrespective of the size, type and economic sector of the organization and prevent conflict of interest of any kind.

      a)     IQC undertakes Conformity assessment activities impartially and responsible for the impartiality of conformity assessment activities and shall not allow commercial, financial or other                     pressures to compromise impartiality.

b)    IQC management is committed to impartiality in management system certification activities. IQC has documented a policy for impartiality for understanding its importance in carrying      out management system certification activities and managing conflict of interest ensuring the objectivity of management system certification activities.

c)   IQC has identified, analyzed and evaluate the risks related to conflict of interests arising from provision of certification including any conflicts arising from its relationships on an  ongoing basis. Any threat to impartiality is reviewed and eliminates and / or minimized any residual threat to impartiality. The threat to impartiality shall cover all potential threats  from  within IQC or from activities of other persons or bodies or associates shall be

d)    IQC shall not certify wholly owned subsidiary within the group.

e)    IQC management shall review any residual risk to determine if it is within the level of acceptable risk. The risk assessment process shall include interaction, consultation and participation  of all members of IQC and applicable committees with appropriate interest.

f)    IQC management provide opportunities for all members and CAC to advice on matters affecting impartiality including openness and public perception. IQC has developed a CAC    committee with appropriate interested parties with no with no single interest predominating.

g)    IQC shall not certify another certification body for its quality management system.

h)    IQC and subsidiaries with the same legal entity under IQC control shall not offer or provide management system consultancy.

i)     IQC including any part of its legal entity shall not carry out internal audits to its certified clients. A recognized mitigation

j)     IQC shall not certify a management system on which it provides internal audits or consultancy for a minimum of two years following the completion of the internal audits.

k)    The certification body shall not outsource audits to a management system consultancy which does not include individuals contracted as IQC auditors.

l)    IQC shall not market activities that are linked with the activities of an organization that provides management system consultancy. IQC shall take action to correct inappropriate links or  statements by any consultancy organization stating or implying that certification would be simpler, easier, faster or less expensive if the certification body were used.

m)   IQC shall not state or imply that certification would be expensive if a specified consultancy organization were used.

n)   IQC shall ensure that they shall not assign any personnel for conducting certification audit, who has provided management system consultancy, including those acting in a managerial  capacity, shall not be used to take part in an audit or other certification activities if they have been involved in management system consultancy of a specified client. IQC shall not use  personnel who has provided management system consultancy for a minimum period of 2 years for the end of such consultancy services.

o)    IQC shall take action to respond to any threats to its impartiality arising from the actions of other persons, bodies or organizations.

p)   IQC personnel associated with certification services, either contracted or direct hire or any committees activities shall act impartially and shall not allow commercial, financial or other  pressures to compromise impartiality.

q)    IQC shall implement a procedure and commitment personnel, internal and external, to reveal any situation known to them that can present them or the certification body with a conflict of    interests. IQC maintains a record of this information and also as an input to identify threats to impartiality raised by the activities.

     r)    IQC shall not use any personnel, internal or external, for certification activities with a threat to impartiality unless they can demonstrate that there is no conflict of interest.
